01 1 (8 oz) block cheddar cheese.

02 1 (9 oz) bag Doritos (any flavor).

03 2 large eggs.

04 1 cup all-purpose flour.

05 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

06 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

07 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional).

08 1/4 teaspoon salt.

09 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

10 Vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 01

Slice the cheddar cheese into 1/2 inch thick squares. Then cut each square diagonally to form triangles.

Place the Doritos in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs. Alternatively, pulse them a few times in a food processor.

Step 03

Prepare three shallow bowls: In the first bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. In the second bowl, beat the eggs. In the third bowl, pour the crushed Doritos.
