Taco Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1 ½ tablespoon taco seasoning mix.
03 - ½ cup water.
04 - ½ cup salsa con queso.
05 - 3 8-inch flour tortillas or corn tortillas.
06 - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend or cheddar cheese.
07 - Sour cream for serving.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Heat some oil in a large skillet. Add the beef and cook until browned.
03 - Add the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Stir in the salsa con queso and remove from heat.
05 - Spray an 8-inch round baking tin with some cooking spray.
06 - Layer the bottom of the pan with one tortilla. Add ⅓ of the beef mixture over the tortilla and top it with ⅓ of the shredded cheese.
07 - Repeat layers two more times and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
08 - Cool the taco bake for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
