Garlic Butter Roasted Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 head cauliflower, rinsed and patted dry
02 - ⅓ cup Danish Creamery salted butter, softened
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon paprika

→ For garnish

06 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped, plus extra for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F.
02 - Trim the bottom stem of the cauliflower and place it in an oven-safe skillet or baking pan with sides at least two inches high.
03 - Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and paprika in a small bowl. Rub this seasoned butter all over the cauliflower head, making sure to coat the top and sides well.
04 - Cover the cauliflower loosely with foil and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the center becomes tender.
05 - Lower oven temperature to 375°F. Uncover the cauliflower, baste with the melted butter from the pan, and sprinkle with parmesan and chives. Roast uncovered for 15 more minutes until golden brown, basting every 5 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Baste the cauliflower regularly during the final roasting for the best golden-brown finish
02 - Make sure to dry the cauliflower well after washing so the butter coating sticks better
03 - The cauliflower should be tender enough to easily pierce with a knife when done
