Line 9x9 square pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over sides.

Microwave white chocolate and condensed milk for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Heat 30 seconds more if needed.

Stir in vanilla, cranberries and salt until well combined.

Pour into lined pan, spread evenly. Add sprinkles if using, press them in slightly.

Let set at room temperature 2-3 hours or refrigerate until firm.

Slice into squares and store with wax paper between layers.
