Cranberry White Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 oz white chocolate chips (3 3/4 cups).
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can).
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 6 oz dried cranberries (1 1/4 cups).
05 - 1 pinch salt.
06 - Sparkling sugar sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line 9x9 square pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over sides.
02 - Microwave white chocolate and condensed milk for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Heat 30 seconds more if needed.
03 - Stir in vanilla, cranberries and salt until well combined.
04 - Pour into lined pan, spread evenly. Add sprinkles if using, press them in slightly.
05 - Let set at room temperature 2-3 hours or refrigerate until firm.
06 - Slice into squares and store with wax paper between layers.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps 2 weeks at room temperature.
02 - Stores 5 weeks in fridge.
03 - Can be frozen up to 3 months.
