Easy Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter (Print version)

A fluffy copycat cinnamon honey butter spread made in 5 minutes with butter, honey, powdered sugar, and warm cinnamon.

# Ingredients:

For the cinnamon honey butter

01 - 1/2 cup (113 g) salted butter, softened
02 - 1/4 cup (85 g) honey
03 - 1/4 cup (30 g) powdered sugar, sifted if lumpy
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
06 - Pinch of fine salt, only if using unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Let the butter sit at room temperature until it dents easily but is not melted or shiny.
02 - Beat the softened butter with a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes, until pale and fluffy.
03 - Add the honey, powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla if using, and salt if needed. Beat on low at first, then increase to medium until smooth.
04 - Scrape down the bowl and beat for another 20-30 seconds. Taste and add a little more cinnamon or powdered sugar if desired.
05 - Serve soft with warm rolls, or chill for 20 minutes for a firmer spread. Let refrigerated butter soften before serving.

# Good to know:

01 - Makes about 3/4 cup, enough for roughly 16 tablespoon-size servings.
02 - Best served softened, not straight from the refrigerator.
