01 -
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking tray with non-stick spray and set it aside.
02 -
In a skillet over medium heat, crumble the ground beef and cook thoroughly until browned. Drain any excess grease.
03 -
Add the taco seasoning packet to the beef, following the directions on the package to season the meat. Stir well to ensure even seasoning.
04 -
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the salsa and blend well until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
05 -
Hold a tortilla flat in your hand. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese and salsa mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with a spoonful of the seasoned beef, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
06 -
Fold the tortilla as you would a burrito, making sure the filling is fully enclosed. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down onto the prepared baking tray. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
07 -
Brush the tops of the rolled tortillas with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
08 -
Remove from the oven and add your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, additional salsa, sour cream, olives, or more shredded cheese. Serve warm and enjoy your Loaded Taco-Stuffed Cheesy Pockets!.
