01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
03 - 12 ounce can refrigerated biscuits
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - ¾ cup water
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
03 - Add taco seasoning and water to beef. Simmer until liquid is absorbed (about 5 minutes). Stir in cilantro if using.
04 - Press biscuits into muffin tin cups, pushing dough up the sides to form cups.
05 - Fill biscuit cups with meat mixture, top with cheese, and bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
