Refreshing sangria with strawberries, white wine, and mint for a bright, fruit-forward summer sip.

# Ingredients:

→ Strawberry Simple Syrup

01 - 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
02 - 120 millilitres water
03 - 66 grams granulated sugar

→ Sangria

04 - Strawberry simple syrup, prepared as above
05 - 750 millilitres dry white wine
06 - 120 millilitres club soda
07 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
08 - ½ orange, sliced
09 - Fresh mint leaves

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, combine strawberries, water, and sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until strawberries are softened and sugar has dissolved.
02 - Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to separate the syrup. Discard solids and refrigerate syrup until cold.
03 - In a pitcher, mix the chilled strawberry syrup, white wine, and club soda. Stir well to combine.
04 - Incorporate the sliced strawberries, orange slices, and fresh mint leaves. Stir gently to distribute the fruit and mint.
05 - Refrigerate the sangria for at least 1 hour to allow flavours to infuse.
06 - Add ice cubes to glasses and pour the chilled sangria, ensuring some fruit in each serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavour, chill the sangria for several hours before serving and add mint just before pouring.
