Easy Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail with Malibu Rum (Print version)

A bright strawberry lemonade cocktail with Malibu rum, fresh berries, lemon, ice, and a fizzy finish.

# Ingredients:

For one cocktail

01 - 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Malibu coconut rum
02 - 4 oz (120 ml) chilled strawberry lemonade
03 - 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
04 - 1 oz (30 ml) chilled club soda, optional
05 - 1/2 cup ice
06 - 2 fresh strawberries, sliced
07 - 1 lemon wheel, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a tall glass with ice. Add a few strawberry slices to the glass if you want more berry flavor.
02 - Pour the Malibu coconut rum and fresh lemon juice over the ice.
03 - Pour in the chilled strawberry lemonade and stir gently for 5-10 seconds until the drink is evenly mixed.
04 - Top with club soda if using. Garnish with the remaining strawberry slices and a lemon wheel, then serve right away.

# Good to know:

01 - Serve only to adults of legal drinking age.
02 - Best served immediately while the soda is bubbly and the ice is fresh.
03 - For a pitcher of 4 drinks, use 6 oz Malibu, 16 oz strawberry lemonade, 2 oz lemon juice, and club soda to top each glass.
