# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 2 packages crescent roll dough

→ Sausage Gravy

02 - 1 package cooked sausage crumbles
03 - 1 envelope country gravy mix

→ Scrambled Eggs

04 - 6 large eggs
05 - 2 tablespoons whole milk
06 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Cheese Topping

09 - 225 grams shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 115 grams shredded pepper Jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a round pizza pan and arrange the crescent roll dough triangles in a circle, pressing seams firmly to seal and form an even crust. Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
02 - Prepare country gravy according to package instructions. Fold in cooked sausage crumbles and mix until evenly incorporated. Set aside, keeping warm.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until just softly set with a creamy texture.
04 - Spread warm sausage gravy evenly over the baked crust. Distribute scrambled eggs over the gravy. Sprinkle both shredded cheddar and pepper Jack cheese over the eggs.
05 - Return to oven and bake for 5–10 minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbling, and eggs are fully set.
06 - Allow pizza to rest for several minutes to set. Slice as desired and serve warm.
