Preheat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment.

Beat butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Mix in flour and salt until combined.

Stir in chopped nuts. Chill dough if too soft.

Form 1 tablespoon balls and place on cookie sheets.

Bake 7-8 minutes until bottoms are slightly brown.

While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.

Place on rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, roll again in powdered sugar.
