Rosettes Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 eggs.
02 - 1 tablespoon sugar.
03 - 1 cup flour.
04 - 1 cup milk.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - Powdered sugar for dusting.
08 - Canola oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk eggs, sugar, and salt together.
02 - Add flour, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth but don't overmix.
03 - Heat oil to 375°F in deep fryer or heavy pan.
04 - Heat rosette iron in oil for 2 minutes.
05 - Dip heated iron in batter 7/8 up sides, then immediately into hot oil.
06 - Fry until golden, about 30 seconds.
07 - Remove to paper towel-lined rack, gently remove from iron.
08 - Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

01 - Don't overmix to avoid air bubbles.
