# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box red velvet cake mix
02 - Ingredients called for on cake mix package

→ Cream Cheese Filling

03 - 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
04 - 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
05 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
06 - 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare and bake red velvet cake according to package directions. Let cool completely.
02 - Crumble cooled cake into coarse sand texture. If too moist, dry chunks in 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes.
03 - Cream together cream cheese, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Mix in crushed graham crackers and vanilla until combined.
04 - Scoop cream cheese mixture with 2 teaspoon cookie scoop, roll into balls. Chill on lined sheet for 1 hour.
05 - Roll chilled balls in red velvet crumbs until fully coated. Shape into rounds if needed.
