Chia Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh or frozen raspberries (1/2 cup).
02 - Almond milk or coconut milk (3/4 cup).
03 - Maple syrup (1 tablespoon).
04 - Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon).
05 - Chia seeds (1/4 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Blend raspberries, milk, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
02 - Pour into bowl, add chia seeds and whisk until well combined.
03 - Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to set.
04 - Top with desired toppings and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Defrost frozen berries before using.
02 - Best if prepared night before.
