# Ingredients:

Fresh or frozen raspberries (1/2 cup).

Almond milk or coconut milk (3/4 cup).

Maple syrup (1 tablespoon).

Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon).

Chia seeds (1/4 cup).
# Instructions:

Blend raspberries, milk, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.

Pour into bowl, add chia seeds and whisk until well combined.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to set.

Top with desired toppings and serve.
