Puerto Rican Coquito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups rum.
02 - 2 cinnamon sticks.
03 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut.
05 - 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk.
06 - 4 oz evaporated milk.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 4 oz raisins (optional).
11 - 4 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Optional: Soak rum with cinnamon sticks and raisins for 24 hours to 1 week.
02 - Puree all remaining ingredients until smooth.
03 - Mix with rum mixture and shake well.
04 - Refrigerate at least 4 hours to thicken and blend flavors.
05 - Shake well before serving. Optionally garnish with coconut rim and spices.

01 - Keeps up to 6 weeks refrigerated.
