Easy Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Filling

01 - 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
02 - 1 large onion, sliced
03 - 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
04 - 1 tablespoon butter
05 - 1½ pounds ribeye steak, boneless, thinly sliced
06 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
09 - 6 oz provolone cheese, sliced
10 - 6 hoagie buns, toasted

→ Special Sauce

11 - ⅓ cup mayo
12 - 1 tablespoon horseradish
13 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bell peppers, onions and mushrooms in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until softened and slightly browned, about 7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
02 - Add butter to skillet, then cook sliced steak with seasoned salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until slightly pink in center.
03 - Return vegetables to skillet, combine with steak. Top with provolone cheese and let melt.
04 - Whisk together mayo, horseradish, and black pepper in small bowl.
05 - Fill toasted hoagie buns with meat mixture and top with special sauce if desired.
