# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
03 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
04 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 450 grams beef steak strips
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Assembly

10 - 1 cup (approximately 100 grams) provolone cheese, grated
11 - 2 cans crescent roll dough
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for optional garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are softened and lightly caramelized.
03 - Push vegetables to one side of the skillet. Add beef steak strips to the other side. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 3 to 5 minutes until meat is browned and cooked through. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and combine with vegetables.
04 - On the prepared baking sheet, arrange crescent roll triangles in a circular pattern with the wide ends overlapping to form a ring and points facing outward.
05 - Distribute the steak and vegetable mixture evenly around the base of the dough ring. Sprinkle grated provolone cheese over the filling.
06 - Fold the pointed tips of dough triangles over the filling and tuck underneath to seal the ring.
07 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
08 - Remove from oven and let rest briefly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, slice into portions, and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Let the ring cool slightly before slicing to maintain structure and prevent filling from spilling.
