01 -
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are softened and lightly caramelized.
03 -
Push vegetables to one side of the skillet. Add beef steak strips to the other side. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 3 to 5 minutes until meat is browned and cooked through. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and combine with vegetables.
04 -
On the prepared baking sheet, arrange crescent roll triangles in a circular pattern with the wide ends overlapping to form a ring and points facing outward.
05 -
Distribute the steak and vegetable mixture evenly around the base of the dough ring. Sprinkle grated provolone cheese over the filling.
06 -
Fold the pointed tips of dough triangles over the filling and tuck underneath to seal the ring.
07 -
Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
08 -
Remove from oven and let rest briefly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, slice into portions, and serve warm.
