Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pizza Base

01 - 2 large tortillas
02 - ⅓ cup marinara sauce
03 - ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - ½ cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni

→ For the Caesar Filling

05 - 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade caesar)
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Place 2 flour tortillas on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
02 - Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce evenly across the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese shreds evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni.
03 - Place the baking sheet under the broiler (on high if you have the option) on the bottom rack of your oven. Cook for a few minutes until the pepperoni is crispy and the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and set aside.
04 - While the pizza bases are cooking, assemble the salad. If using a bagged Caesar salad kit, add the contents to a large bowl. If using homemade, combine your ingredients. If desired, add fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
05 - Scoop half of the Caesar salad onto each warm tortilla pizza. Carefully roll up each tortilla to form a wrap. Serve immediately while still warm.
