Peanut Butter Rocky Road Bars Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces dark chocolate chips.
02 - 3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter.
03 - 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter.
04 - 2 cups mini marshmallows.
05 - 1 cup broken pretzels.
06 - 1/2 cup M&Ms, plus more for top.
07 - 12 mini Reese's trees.
08 - Sprinkles for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt chocolate, oil, peanut butter over double boiler.
02 - Cool mixture 10 minutes.
03 - Line 8x8 pan with parchment.
04 - Mix in marshmallows, pretzels, M&Ms.
05 - Pour half mixture, add Reese's layer.
06 - Top with remaining mixture.
07 - Decorate with M&Ms and sprinkles.
08 - Refrigerate 60-90 minutes until set.
