# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 2 cups quick oats

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
08 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Add the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
04 - In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the quick oats until evenly distributed.
