13 - 2 cups powdered sugar
14 - 4 to 5 tablespoons milk
15 - 1 cup mini-chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 10 x 15-inch cake pan.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, peanut butter, and butter. Mix with an electric mixer at low speed until the mixture is crumbly.
03 - Add the milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and eggs. Blend at low speed until combined, then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.

05 - Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. While still hot, spread the peanut butter-honey frosting over the cake and sprinkle with mini-chocolate chips.
06 - Warm the peanut butter and honey in the microwave until soft and easy to stir. Add vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and milk. Beat until the frosting is smooth.
