                Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat.

                Melt remaining butter in shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan and flour in another dish.

                Dip chicken in butter then coat in bread crumb mixture.

                Cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.

                Boil pasta according to package directions, then drain.

                Combine cream, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper in skillet. Cook until thickened.

                Toss pasta in sauce until coated.

                Top pasta with chicken and garnish with parsley.
