Parmesan Chicken Lemon Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, sliced in half.
02 - 6 tablespoons butter, divided.
03 - 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs.
04 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
05 - 1/4 cup flour.
06 - 8 ounces thin spaghetti.
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
09 - 1 lemon, juiced.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
13 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Melt remaining butter in shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan and flour in another dish.
03 - Dip chicken in butter then coat in bread crumb mixture.
04 - Cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
05 - Boil pasta according to package directions, then drain.
06 - Combine cream, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper in skillet. Cook until thickened.
07 - Toss pasta in sauce until coated.
08 - Top pasta with chicken and garnish with parsley.

01 - Slice chicken thin for quick cooking.
02 - Don't overcook the sauce to prevent curdling.
03 - Serve immediately while chicken is crispy.
