# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 450 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 30 ml soy sauce
03 - 8 g cornstarch

→ Stir-Fry

04 - 30 ml vegetable oil
05 - 1 large onion, thinly sliced
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger
08 - 45 ml oyster sauce
09 - 15 ml soy sauce
10 - 12 g granulated sugar
11 - 60 ml beef broth
12 - 5 ml sesame oil
13 - 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
14 - Cooked rice, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix thinly sliced beef sirloin with soy sauce and cornstarch until evenly coated. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat half the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until browned and just cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Add the remaining vegetable oil to the same skillet. Stir-fry sliced onion for 2 minutes until beginning to soften. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; continue stir-frying for 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Return beef to the skillet. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and beef broth. Stir well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens and evenly coats beef and onion.
05 - Drizzle with sesame oil, toss to combine, and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately over steamed rice.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal tenderness, slice beef across the grain as thinly as possible.
