                Remove thick stems from Swiss chard and wash well, leaving it wet. Cut into 2-inch thick slices.

                Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil and minced garlic in a large pan over medium-high heat. When it starts to sizzle, add the sliced Swiss chard. Cook and stir for one minute to soften.

                Stir in water, broken spaghetti, and salt. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and cook for 9 minutes, stirring a few times to prevent spaghetti from sticking.

                Remove the pan from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
