Moroccan Pancakes (Baghrir) (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fine semolina flour (1 1/2 cups).
02 - All-purpose flour (1/4 cup).
03 - Lukewarm water (2 cups plus 2 tablespoons).
04 - Active dry yeast (2 teaspoons).
05 - Baking powder (2 teaspoons).
06 - Kosher salt (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Sugar (1 teaspoon).
08 - Butter, melted (1/4 cup).
09 - Honey (1/4 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°F, line baking sheet.
02 - Blend all ingredients for 1 minute until smooth.
03 - Let batter rest 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
04 - Pour 1/4 cup portions onto griddle, cook until holes form and top is dry.
05 - Transfer to oven while cooking remaining pancakes.
06 - Top with honey butter or Nutella.

# Notes:

01 - Batter should be thin like cream.
02 - Only cook on one side.
03 - Watch heat to prevent burning.
