Matcha Energy Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut.
02 - 4 tablespoons almond flour.
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
04 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
05 - 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Put all ingredients in food processor.
02 - Blend until mixture sticks together.
03 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands.
04 - Place in container.
05 - Keep in fridge until ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - Best enjoyed cold from the fridge.
02 - Can last up to 2 weeks when refrigerated.
03 - Add more maple syrup if you prefer sweeter taste.
04 - Makes great pre-workout or afternoon snack.
