Heat oil in large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken pieces 5 minutes until colored on all sides.

Reduce heat, add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano and paprika. Cook 3-5 minutes until garlic softens.

Add orzo, stock, and pepper. Stir well, cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is almost done.

On lowest heat, add spinach and cream. Stir 1-3 minutes until spinach wilts and cream heats through. Ensure chicken is cooked.

Turn off heat and stir in Parmesan.
