Maple Pecan Brie Stuffed Apples (Print Version)

Tender apples baked with Brie, maple, pecans, and thyme. A rich, comforting treat for sweet or savory occasions.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 113 grams Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
02 - 45 grams chopped pecans
03 - 2 grams ground cinnamon

→ Apples

04 - 4 large apples, such as Honeycrisp or Fuji

→ Finishing Touches

05 - 30 milliliters maple syrup
06 - Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Slice off the tops of the apples and carefully core, ensuring bottoms remain intact.
02 - Combine Brie cubes, chopped pecans, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir well for even distribution.
03 - Spoon the prepared filling into each hollowed apple cavity, pressing gently to fill completely.
04 - Set the stuffed apples in a baking dish. Drizzle with maple syrup, cover loosely with foil, and bake for 25–30 minutes, until apples are tender and Brie is melted.
05 - Allow to cool briefly. Garnish each with fresh thyme sprigs and serve warm.
