                Preheat oven to 175°C. Slice off the tops of the apples and carefully core, ensuring bottoms remain intact.

                Combine Brie cubes, chopped pecans, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir well for even distribution.

                Spoon the prepared filling into each hollowed apple cavity, pressing gently to fill completely.

                Set the stuffed apples in a baking dish. Drizzle with maple syrup, cover loosely with foil, and bake for 25–30 minutes, until apples are tender and Brie is melted.
