Mango Panna Cotta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Mango puree (2 cups).
02 - Gelatin (2.5 teaspoons, divided).
03 - Whole milk (1 cup).
04 - Heavy cream (1 cup).
05 - Granulated sugar (1/2 cup).
06 - Warm water (4 tablespoons).
07 - Fresh mangoes for topping (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle 1 teaspoon gelatin over warm water, let sit 10 minutes.
02 - Warm mango puree with bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
03 - Pour into tilted glasses and refrigerate 4 hours.
04 - Sprinkle remaining gelatin over warm water, let sit 10 minutes.
05 - Heat milk, cream and sugar until sugar dissolves, add gelatin.
06 - Pour cream mixture over set mango layer, chill 4 hours.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made as single flavor.
02 - Don't let cream mixture boil.
03 - Wait for first layer to set completely.
