Loaded Tater Tot Skewers (Print Version)

Crispy tater tots baked with cheddar, bacon bits, and green onion, perfect for dipping in sour cream.

01 - 48 frozen tater tots

→ Toppings

02 - 120 ml cheddar cheese, grated
03 - 60 ml beef bacon bits
04 - 1 to 2 green onions, chopped
05 - Sour cream, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 218°C. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 28 minutes, turning once halfway through to ensure even crispness.
02 - Remove tater tots from the oven and rest for several minutes until cool enough to handle. Thread 4 to 6 tater tots onto each skewer.
03 - Place skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Evenly distribute grated cheddar cheese, beef bacon bits, and half of the chopped green onions over the tater tots.
04 - Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
05 - Remove skewers from the oven and garnish with the remaining chopped green onions. Serve immediately accompanied by sour cream.
