Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup (Print Version)

Decadent layers of fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and drizzled toppings in individual cups.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Layer

01 - 480 g fudgy brownies, crumbled

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 340 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 60 g powdered sugar
04 - 5 ml vanilla extract
05 - 240 ml heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

→ Toppings

06 - Chocolate ganache (made from melted chocolate and heavy cream)
07 - Caramel sauce
08 - Extra brownie crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Carefully fold in the whipped heavy cream until homogenous.
02 - Distribute a layer of crumbled brownies at the base of each serving cup. Pipe or spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the brownies. Gently drizzle with chocolate ganache and caramel sauce. Repeat these layers until the cup is filled.
03 - Garnish the top with additional brownie crumbs, a drizzle of chocolate ganache, and more caramel sauce.
04 - Refrigerate the assembled cups for a minimum of 60 minutes to allow the layers to set before serving.
