Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito (Print Version)

Bacon, beef, cheddar and creamy sauce come together in a hearty, handheld loaded burrito.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 large flour tortillas
02 - 300 grams ground beef
03 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 60 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 60 millilitres mayonnaise
07 - 30 millilitres ketchup
08 - 15 millilitres yellow mustard
09 - 60 millilitres prepared creamy cheese sauce
10 - 1 small onion, sautéed
11 - Lettuce leaves
12 - Tomato slices
13 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned throughout. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - In a separate pan, cook bacon slices until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble into small pieces.
03 - Sauté the small onion in a little reserved bacon fat or oil until soft and lightly caramelised.
04 - In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth and fully blended.
05 - Lay out the flour tortillas. Evenly distribute cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, sautéed onion, shredded cheddar and mozzarella, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and prepared creamy cheese sauce onto each tortilla.
06 - Spoon the blended mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard sauce over the fillings.
07 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Slice in half and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Warming tortillas briefly in a dry pan makes them easier to roll without tearing.
02 - Allow bacon and beef to drain excess fat for a less greasy filling.
