Lemon Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - All-purpose flour for crust (1 cup).
02 - Powdered sugar (1/3 cup plus more for dusting).
03 - Sea salt (1/4 teaspoon).
04 - Unsalted butter, melted (1/2 cup).
05 - Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon).
06 - Granulated sugar (1 cup).
07 - Lemon zest (1 tablespoon, optional).
08 - All-purpose flour for filling (1/4 cup).
09 - Large eggs (4).
10 - Fresh lemon juice (1/2 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line pan with parchment paper.
02 - Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla. Press into pan.
03 - Cook 18-20 minutes until edges brown, then dock with fork.
04 - Mix sugar with zest, add flour, eggs and lemon juice.
05 - Pour filling over hot crust, bake 20-25 minutes until set.
06 - Cool 1 hour at room temp, then chill 2 hours in fridge.

01 - Let chill completely before cutting.
02 - Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
