05 - 360 millilitres low carb marinara sauce
06 - 100 grams shredded cheese
07 - 30 grams pepperoni slices

# Instructions:

01 - Place a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook, breaking up the meat, until thoroughly browned. Drain excess fat from the pan.
02 - Add mushrooms, chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and marinara sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until vegetables are softened and liquid has mostly evaporated.
03 - Scatter shredded cheese evenly over the skillet contents and arrange pepperoni slices on top. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
