01 - 3 eggs, separated
02 - 50 grams (1.8 oz) cottage cheese
03 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
02 - Separate egg whites from yolks into two different bowls.
03 - Using an electric mixer, whip egg whites with baking powder until stiff peaks form.
04 - In separate bowl, whisk cottage cheese and egg yolks together.
05 - Carefully fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites bit by bit, keeping mixture airy. Then gently fold in salt and Italian herbs.
06 - On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spoon mixture into 6 equal circles. Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned, checking closely after 15 minutes.

01 - This is a no-carb, keto-friendly cloud bread made primarily with eggs and cottage cheese. Each bread contains only 43 calories and is high in protein.
02 - Recipe can make 10 smaller breads instead of 6 larger ones if preferred.
