                Remove stems, chop kale, wash and thoroughly dry.

                Toss kale with olive oil, salt and garlic in bowl.

                Spread on baking sheet without overcrowding.

                Cook at 300°F for 20-25 minutes total, rotating pan halfway.

                Cool slightly then sprinkle with parmesan.
