Kale Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh kale (2 bunches).
02 - Garlic cloves, minced (5-6).
03 - Sea salt to taste.
04 - Olive oil (3 teaspoons).
05 - Fresh parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Remove stems, chop kale, wash and thoroughly dry.
02 - Toss kale with olive oil, salt and garlic in bowl.
03 - Spread on baking sheet without overcrowding.
04 - Cook at 300°F for 20-25 minutes total, rotating pan halfway.
05 - Cool slightly then sprinkle with parmesan.

# Notes:

01 - Must dry kale completely.
02 - Don't overcrowd pan.
03 - Best eaten fresh.
