Jamaican Sweet Potato (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch rounds
02 - 5 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, pressed
04 - 1/4 cup brown sugar

→ Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/2-inch rounds.
03 - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, jerk seasoning, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add sweet potato rounds and coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
04 - Arrange seasoned sweet potato rounds on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes until fully cooked and tender.
