Jack Frost Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons light corn syrup.
02 - ¼ cup sweetened coconut flakes.
03 - 6 cups ice.
04 - 1 cup pineapple juice.
05 - ½ cup cream of coconut (not coconut cream).
06 - 6-8 drops blue food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour corn syrup on small plate. Put coconut on another plate. Dip glass rims in corn syrup, then coconut.
02 - Place ice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and food coloring in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
03 - Add more food coloring if needed to reach desired blue shade.
04 - Pour into prepared glasses and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use cream of coconut, not coconut cream for proper sweetness and texture.
02 - Best served immediately while slushy.
