Pull 2 fresh shots of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of very strong coffee. It needs to be hot so the sugar dissolves and the foam forms when shaken.

Add the hot espresso, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon to a cocktail shaker or mason jar. Drop in 1/2 cup of ice.

Seal tightly and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the espresso is foamy and light.

Fill a tall glass with fresh ice. Strain the shaken espresso over the ice, then slowly pour in the oat milk.

Stir gently once, dust with extra cinnamon if desired, and serve immediately while the foam is still velvety.
