11 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
12 - 2 tablespoons honey
13 - Juice of 1/2 lemon

→ Finishing touches

14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the salmon fillets dry using kitchen paper. Season both sides evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until deeply golden and just cooked through. Transfer to a warm plate and set aside.
03 - Reduce the heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently. Add soy sauce and honey, stirring to combine. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and blend well.
04 - Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Allow to simmer for 1 minute to glaze. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before transferring to serving plates.

# Notes:

01 - Do not overcook the salmon to maintain a tender, flaky texture. Thoroughly patting fillets dry aids browning and crisping.
