Easy Healthy Homemade Gummies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice (or ⅔ cup fruit puree and ⅓ cup 100% fruit juice)
02 - 8 teaspoons grass-fed gelatin
03 - 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - If using whole fruit, blend it to make a puree. Measure the fruit puree into a large measuring cup or spouted bowl. Add honey if desired.
02 - Pour juice into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add gelatin and whisk constantly. Heat until warm but not hot (about 3 minutes) until gelatin completely dissolves and liquid becomes clear or opaque.
03 - Add the warm juice/gelatin mixture to the fruit puree (if using) and whisk everything together until well combined.
04 - Place silicone mold on a baking sheet, or prepare an 8x8 glass pan. Pour mixture into molds without overfilling. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
05 - Remove from freezer and pop gummies out of molds. Store in a container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

01 - Have all supplies and ingredients ready before starting - this recipe moves quickly!
02 - Always taste the liquid before freezing - if it doesn't taste good now, the gummies won't either. Better to make it slightly too sweet than not sweet enough.
