→ Base ingredients

01 - 1 ⅓ cups yogurt (regular or Greek)
02 - 1 ⅓ cups fresh or frozen fruit, thawed if frozen
03 - ⅔ cup milk
04 - 2-3 tablespoons honey, more to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the yogurt and fruit into the blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
02 - Add the milk and honey and blend until just combined. Taste and add more milk or honey as needed to adjust consistency and sweetness.

# Notes:

01 - Serve immediately or store in individual bottles in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake bottles before serving.
02 - To make it lactose-free, use lactose-free milk and yogurt. For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and yogurt and sweeten with agave or maple syrup.
03 - Thaw frozen fruit before use. To defrost quickly, use a microwave on low heat or the defrost setting, ensuring the fruit does not get warm.
04 - Experiment with different fruit combinations to create unique flavors.
05 - Pair fruits with seeds, like berries, with seedless fruits to improve texture.
06 - Adjust the amount of milk and honey depending on the fruit's natural sweetness and texture.
