Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Lightly oil the bottom (not the sides) of a 9-inch cake pan.

Press the pizza dough into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan to form the crust.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the bottom of the dough. Add the raw Italian sausage over the cheese layer. Add the diced pepperoni on top of the sausage.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the toppings. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the crust is a deep golden brown.
