Apple Cinnamon Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 1/2 cup milk.
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder.
09 - 1/4 tsp salt.
10 - 1 cup peeled and diced apples.
11 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar for the Cinnamon Swirl.
12 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon for the Cinnamon Swirl.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
02 - In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in milk and vanilla.
04 - Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined. Fold in diced apples.
05 - In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Swirl into the batter by spooning and gently stirring.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
