# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 450 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 225 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Sauce

03 - 30 ml hoisin sauce
04 - 15 ml soy sauce
05 - 15 ml rice vinegar
06 - 15 ml toasted sesame oil

→ Vegetables

07 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
08 - 150 g broccoli florets

→ Aromatics and Oil

09 - 30 ml vegetable oil
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, blend hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until fully combined.
02 - Toss sliced beef and prepared shrimp in the marinade, ensuring all are evenly coated. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes under refrigeration.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add marinated beef and shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the shrimp is opaque and pink.
05 - Introduce sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets to the pan. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until just tender.
06 - Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until thoroughly heated.
07 - Plate immediately and serve hot alongside steamed rice or noodles as desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal tenderness, slice beef against the grain and avoid overcooking the shrimp to maintain juiciness.
