Thumbprint Hershey Kiss Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt.
04 - 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
05 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
06 - 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
07 - 1 cup peanut butter.
08 - 1 large egg.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 60 unwrapped Chocolate Kisses.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - Beat butter, sugars and peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla.
04 - Mix in flour mixture on low speed until combined.
05 - Form scant tablespoons of dough into balls, place 1 inch apart.
06 - Bake 10 minutes.
07 - Place kiss in center of each hot cookie, pressing gently.
08 - Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.

01 - Makes about 50 cookies.
02 - Unwrap kisses before starting.
03 - Add kisses while cookies are hot.
