Hawaiian Roll Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds 85% ground beef.
02 - 1/4 yellow onion, diced.
03 - 2 oz packet onion soup mix.
04 - 2 tablespoons milk.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon ground pepper.
07 - 12 Hawaiian rolls.
08 - 8 ounces sliced cheddar cheese.
09 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
10 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Mix ground beef, onion, soup mix, milk, salt, and pepper.
03 - Press into 9x13 dish and bake for 20 minutes.
04 - Slice rolls horizontally and place bottoms in the dish.
05 - Layer cheese, topped with drained beef, and more cheese.
06 - Place tops of rolls, brush with melted butter.
07 - Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for another 20 minutes.
08 - Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

01 - Patty shrinks 25% when cooked.
02 - Drain meat before assembling.
03 - Keep rolls connected while slicing.
