Ham and Cheese Egg Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 slices deli ham.
02 - 12 eggs.
03 - ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
04 - Salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Green onions, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
02 - Place ham slices into muffin cups to form shells.
03 - Divide mozzarella between cups, sprinkle over ham. Crack one egg into each cup.
04 - Add salt and pepper to taste over eggs.
05 - Cook for 15-18 minutes until eggs are set.
06 - Top with chopped green onions and serve.
