Spider Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box yellow cake mix plus ingredients on box.
02 - Orange food coloring gel.
03 - Black food coloring gel.
04 - 1 recipe vanilla buttercream.
05 - 1 can chocolate frosting.
06 - 1 package Mini Oreos.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease three 6-inch cake pans. Make cake mix according to box directions, color orange. Divide between pans and bake as directed.
02 - Prepare vanilla buttercream. Color chocolate frosting black with food coloring.
03 - Stack layers with vanilla buttercream border and black frosting filling. Frost outside with vanilla buttercream.
04 - Pipe black frosting in web pattern over top and down sides using #4 tip.
05 - Press Mini Oreos into cake. Pipe spider legs and eyes with remaining frostings.

# Notes:

01 - Can use homemade cake instead of mix.
02 - Can use homemade chocolate frosting.
03 - Perfect for Halloween.
