Greek Style Loaded Hummus Mango (Print Version)

Hummus generous with feta, mango, olives, and fresh herbs. Great for dipping or as a vibrant appetizer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 250 ml hummus

→ Toppings

02 - 60 ml Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
03 - 120 ml ripe mango, diced
04 - 30 ml feta cheese, crumbled
05 - 15 ml olive oil
06 - 5 ml smoked paprika
07 - 15 ml fresh parsley, chopped
08 - Toasted pine nuts, for garnish (optional)

→ To Serve

09 - Pita bread or vegetable sticks

# Instructions:

01 - Spread hummus evenly over a serving plate or shallow bowl.
02 - Distribute the sliced Kalamata olives, diced mango, and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the hummus.
03 - Drizzle olive oil on top, then sprinkle with smoked paprika and chopped fresh parsley. Garnish with toasted pine nuts if desired.
04 - Present immediately accompanied by pita bread or fresh vegetable sticks.
